Grain Kasha Cooking Recipes

There are dozens of kasha recipes that were created by combining different grains with different ingredients and by using different kasha cooking techniques. This leaves a door wide open for experiments in creating new recipes. You can use onions, potato, pumpkin, mushrooms, meat, poultry, and even dairy products like cottage cheese � chop it and mix it into kasha. In fact, almost anything can be and has been added to kasha at some time or another.

Any kasha can be great addition to any vegetarian or vegan diet. Actually, most of kasha recipes can be easy modified  to become vegan or vegetarian recipes by raw food recipes>, recipes for vegan desserts, and  vegetarian or vegan appetizers
